In addition to our projects, LCIL provides a range of facilities and services.
Admin, Room Hire and Accessibility
We have a number of rooms available for use with preferential rates for user organisations of disabled people. The Room Hire Service is described in more detail on the relevant page, but please see below for the extra services available to you when organising your event.
We have a range of equipment that can be used during the hire of the rooms to ensure that access is available for all. This includes built in and manual hearing loop systems (dependant on the room) and photocopying (cost incurred).
With good notice and at an extra cost:
- we can translate a range of your information into Braille
- we can provide our own note takers
- we can laminate and bind your documents and produce copies
- we can change the format of your documents and produce the material in larger font sizes
