What is New for Disabled People and People with Long Term Health Conditions
At a national level there are many changes taking place to empower and support disabled people to be treated on the same equality basis as non-disabled people.
Leicestershire Centre for Integrated Living (LCIL) is hosting a series of information events in Leicester over the next two months FOR Disabled People and People with Long Term Health Conditions, the details are below, come along to one of these events and meet the staff who are involved. This is your opportunity to find out what changes are happening and how it will affect YOU!
Change is taking place in relation to Community Care Services, Education, Transport, Housing, Independent Living, Personal Budgets, potential changes to Disability Facilities Grants, Access to Work and many other areas.
If you want more information and to be involved then just come along!!!
