If you want a room set up in particular way, we can recommend the most effective configuration for your type of meeting, to ensure all your delegates get optimal input and vision. Please call us to discuss your requirements further.
We’re completely flexible and can organise any of the following.
· U Shaped Style – U shaped layout of tables and chairs with an open middle
· Boardroom - similar to open block but without open middle
· Classroom - rows of tables with chairs behind
· Theatre style - rows of chairs with a top table and chairs
· Cabaret Style / Café Style – chairs around individual tables
